Registration

 

Please read the information below:

 

Note: All deadlines are at 11:59 PM AoE on the stated date.
All rates listed are in USD and do not include VAT.

At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.

Each main conference paper must have a full conference author registration. Each workshop paper must have either a workshop or a full conference author registration.

Authors should read the policy for accepted papers.

The author registration deadline is May 15, 2023.

• Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
• Paper ID can be obtained at HotCRP or EasyChair (depending on where the paper was submitted).

Cancellation policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration+DSN@computer.org by 31 May, 2023, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of 50% for cancelled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline.
Author registrations are non-refundable.
You can modify your registration using the "Already Registered?" link on the registration site.

Policy for Accepted Papers

1. Every paper has to have a full registration to appear in the conference proceedings.
2. The conference is in person and papers are presented only in person.
3. If none of the authors can come to the conference specifically because none of them could get an entrance visa, then the talk can be delegated to another person that is familiar with the work and can present it in person at the conference. Otherwise, the work will not be presented in the conference but will appear in the proceedings.
